Account deletion.Step by step.
This page explains how to close your account in the Pineforge Collective app, what happens to a closed account and your data, and what you can do if you cannot access the app.

Close your account in the app
- Sign in to the Pineforge Collective app (Android or app.pineforgecollective.com).
- Open Settings.
- Tap “Hesabımı sil” (Delete my account).
- Confirm with your password.
What happens to a closed account?
Your account becomes inactive: you can no longer sign in, and your content is no longer shown to other members.
Your records are kept for security and legal obligations for the period stated in the privacy policy; at the end of that period they are deleted or anonymised.

Because of contract and invoice records, company accounts are closed by writing to hello@pineforgecollective.com rather than from within the app.
