Merge City ("Oyun"), Pineforge Collective Software tarafından geliştirilen, internet bağlantısı olmadan oynanabilen bir şehir kurma ve birleştirme oyunudur.
Topladığımız veriler
Oyunun kendisi hesap, e-posta, ad, konum, rehber veya fotoğraf gibi kişisel bilgi toplamaz ve verileri kendi sunucularımıza göndermez. Oyun ilerlemesi (bölüm, altın, jeton, şehir yerleşimi, ayarlar ve dil seçimi) yalnızca cihazının yerel depolamasında tutulur. Android yedekleme özelliği açıksa bu veri Google hesabının yedeğine dahil edilebilir; bu, Google'ın kendi ayarlarına tabidir.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Oyun, isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. Reklam izlemek zorunlu değildir; hiçbir bölüm reklama bağlı değildir. Bir reklam istendiğinde Google, reklamı göstermek, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla cihazından şu verileri kendi başına işleyebilir: reklam kimliği (Advertising ID), IP adresi, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri ve tanılama verileri. Onay ve tercihlerin
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve benzeri bölgelerde, reklam istenmeden önce Google'ın onay formu (UMP) ile açık rızan alınır. Google'ın gizlilik seçeneklerini gerekli gördüğü bölgelerde rızanı ve kişiselleştirme tercihini dilediğin zaman Ayarlar › Reklam gizliliği bölümünden değiştirebilir veya geri alabilirsin. Gerekli onay alınamazsa (ör. reddedersen veya form yüklenemezse) Oyun reklam istemez ve reklamsız oynanmaya devam eder. Ayrıca cihaz ayarlarından (Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar) reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsin.
Çocuklar
Oyun, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.
Saklama ve silme
Yerel oyun verileri, Oyunu kaldırdığında veya Ayarlar'daki "İlerlemeyi Sıfırla" seçeneğini kullandığında silinir. Kişisel verilerini satmayız. Veriler yalnızca yukarıda anlatılan reklam hizmeti aracılığıyla Google ile paylaşılır.
Haklarınız ve iletişim

Merge City (the "Game") is a city-building and merge game developed by Pineforge Collective Software that can be played without an internet connection.
Data we collect
The Game itself does not collect personal information such as accounts, email addresses, names, location, contacts or photos, and it does not send data to our servers. Game progress (stage, gold, tokens, city layout, settings and language) is stored only in your device's local storage. If Android backup is enabled, this data may be included in your Google account backup, subject to Google's own settings.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads. Watching ads is never required and no stage is locked behind ads. When an ad is requested, Google may independently process the following data from your device to serve, measure and protect against abuse of ads: advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostics. This processing is governed by Google's policies: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Consent and your choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions, we ask for your explicit consent through Google's consent form (UMP) before any ad is requested. In regions where Google requires privacy options, you can change or withdraw consent and your personalization choice at any time in Settings › Ad privacy. If the required consent cannot be obtained (for example you decline or the form cannot load), the Game does not request ads and remains fully playable. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Retention and deletion
Local game data is removed when you uninstall the Game or choose "Reset Progress" in Settings. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with Google through the advertising service described above.
Your rights and contact
Because the Game keeps no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access or delete. You can exercise your rights regarding advertising data through Google. Questions: hello@pineforgecollective.com. This policy may be updated; the current version is published at this address.
