Patiko ("Oyun"), Pineforge Collective Software tarafından geliştirilen, hayvan dostları birleştirdiğin bir mobil birleştirme (merge) oyunudur.
Topladığımız veriler
Oyunun kendisi hesap, e-posta, ad soyad, telefon, konum veya rehber gibi kişisel bilgi toplamaz ve verileri kendi sunucularımıza göndermez. Hesap oluşturulmaz. Oyun ilerlemen (skor, seviye, koleksiyon, başarımlar, oyun içi para, gardırop seçimleri, ayarlar, dil) yalnızca cihazının yerel depolamasında tutulur; Oyunu kaldırdığında veya uygulama verisini temizlediğinde silinir.
Reklamlar (Google AdMob)
Android uygulaması isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar gösterir. Reklam izlemek zorunlu değildir; Oyun reklam izlemeden oynanabilir. Bir reklam istendiğinde Google, reklamı göstermek, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla cihazından şu verileri kendi başına işleyebilir: reklam kimliği (Advertising ID) ve benzeri cihaz kimlikleri, IP adresi (yaklaşık konum), cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri ve hata/performans verileri. Onay ve tercihlerin
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve benzeri bölgelerde, Google Mobile Ads SDK başlatılmadan ve reklam istenmeden önce Google'ın onay formu (UMP) ile açık rızan alınır. Gerekli bölgelerde tercihini dilediğin zaman Ayarlar › Reklam Gizliliği düğmesinden değiştirebilir veya geri alabilirsin (düğme yalnızca gerektiğinde görünür). Onay verilmezse veya alınamazsa Oyun reklam istemez ve reklamsız oynanmaya devam eder; ödül yalnızca reklam izlenirse verilir. Ayrıca cihaz ayarlarından (Ayarlar › Google › Reklamlar) reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsin.
Satın almalar
Oyun içi para paketleri Google Play Faturalandırma üzerinden satılır. Ödeme bilgilerini (kart numarası vb.) biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız; işlemi Google Play yürütür. Oyun, satın alınan ürünün kimliğini ve işlem numarasını yalnızca aynı satın almanın iki kez teslim edilmesini önlemek için cihazında saklar; bu bilgi bize gönderilmez.
İzinler
Oyun internet erişimini (reklamlar ve satın alma için), ağ durumunu, titreşimi (ayarlardan kapatılabilir), Google Play faturalandırmayı ve Google'ın reklam kimliği iznini kullanır. Konum, rehber, kamera, mikrofon veya depolama izni istemez. Ayrıca analitik, davranış izleme veya çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanmaz.
Çocuklar
Oyun, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.
Saklama ve silme
Yerel oyun verileri, Oyunu kaldırdığında veya uygulama verisini temizlediğinde silinir. Kişisel verilerini satmayız. Veriler yalnızca yukarıda anlatılan reklam hizmeti aracılığıyla Google ile paylaşılır.
Haklarınız ve iletişim

Patiko (the "Game") is a mobile merge game, developed by Pineforge Collective Software, in which you merge animal friends.
Data we collect
The Game itself does not collect personal information such as accounts, email addresses, names, phone numbers, location or contacts, and it does not send data to our own servers. No account is created. Your game progress (score, level, collection, achievements, in-game currency, wardrobe choices, settings, language) is stored only in your device's local storage and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Android app shows optional rewarded ads. Watching ads is never required; the Game can be played without watching any. When an ad is requested, Google may independently process the following data from your device to serve, measure and protect against abuse of ads: advertising ID and similar device identifiers, IP address (approximate location), device and app information, ad interactions and crash/performance data. This processing is governed by Google's policies: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Consent and your choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions, we ask for your explicit consent through Google's consent form (UMP) before the Google Mobile Ads SDK is started and before any ad is requested. Where required, you can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Settings › Ad Privacy (the button only appears when required). If consent is not given or cannot be obtained, the Game does not request ads and remains playable; a reward is given only when an ad is watched. You can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings › Google › Ads).
Purchases
In-game currency packs are sold through Google Play Billing. We do not see or store your payment details (card number, etc.); Google Play processes the transaction. The Game stores the purchased product ID and transaction ID on your device only to prevent the same purchase from being delivered twice; this information is not sent to us.
Permissions
The Game uses internet access (for ads and purchases), network state, vibration (can be turned off in settings), Google Play billing and Google's advertising ID permission. It does not ask for location, contacts, camera, microphone or storage permissions, and it does not use a separate analytics, behavioural tracking or crash reporting service.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Retention and deletion
Local game data is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with Google through the advertising service described above.
Your rights and contact
Because the Game keeps no personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access or delete. You can exercise your rights regarding advertising data through Google. Questions: hello@pineforgecollective.com. This policy may be updated; the current version is published at this address.
